William Preston Hill

In December 1936, William Preston Hill, of the Blind Institute, Planet Street, Cardiff, son of Frank Hill, dock labourer, married my grandfather's cousin, Rachel Levy, also of the Blind Institute.  

William was a widower, aged 50.  He died in Cardiff in 1960, aged 73.

I wonder if William had any descendants from his first marriage(s) and if there is anyone still alive today - maybe even someone who remembers his wife Rachel (died 1961).

 

Also, anyone know anything about the Blind Institute in Planet Street, Cardiff?

I think looking for Hill generally in Cardiff won't help as presumably there's lots of them. What I need is descendants specifically of this 1 man.
